Description

Notice of Intent to Solicit from a single source The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), proposes to solicit from a Child Rescue Coalition (CRC) under the authority of RFO 6.103-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasinably available based on the capabilities of he source. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
