This requirement is for services to be provided to The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for NSWCPD Code 522, which is responsible for Ship Control System Engineering For Littoral Combat Ships (LCS), Guided Missile Frigate (FFG), Zumwalt-class destroyer (DDG 1000) and Coast Guard (CG) class ships. This requirement is also in support of Code 526, which is responsible for software application and operating system image development for hull mechanical and electrical (HM-E) and navigation systems for various ship classes.
