This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12.102(a), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation SHALL be posted on Sam.gov (https://sam.gov/) on or before 10 September 2026. The RFQ number is N0018926QL417. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 13 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507 (effective 07 May 2026). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The applicable NAICS code is 323113 and the Small Business Standard is 500 (# of employees). The proposed contract actionis for One (1) HP 730 Large Format Latex Printer in accordance with the Supply Specifications and attached solicitation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price purchase order on a brand-name basis with authorized HP resellers / dealers. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination. This announcement will close at 05:00 PM EST on 15 September 2026.
