Description

The contractor shall remove outdated heating and electrical components and install new, fully functional systems tailored to each shelter s needs. Work includes replacing the existing 10kW, 34K BTU electric heaters in Shelters 1 and 2; installing new non-explosion-proof light and fan switch kits (two-switch assemblies) in all applicable shelters; and providing new explosion-proof interior light assemblies in Shelters 2 and 3. All repairs must ensure the shelters meet operational requirements for the safe storage of petroleum, oil, and lubricants and restore reliable environmental control across the facility.
