Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice Upper-Level Watch Renovation Notice ID: 70FBR626R00000012 Agency: Department of Homeland Security Sub-Agency: Federal Emergency Management Agency Office: FEMA Region 6 FEMA Region 6 intends to issue a solicitation for the Upper-Level Watch Renovation project at the Federal Regional Center located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209. The project will include renovation and construction support for upper-level operational spaces, including wall removal, secure conference room improvements, door and frame installation, utility relocation, HVAC and life safety coordination, cleanup, inspections, and related construction work. This requirement is anticipated to be set aside for eligible SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns under the Women-Owned Small Business Program. Due to the mission-critical nature of this requirement and the need for timely response and completion of work, the Government requires the contractor to demonstrate the ability to perform within a 150-mile radius of Denton, Texas. Mandatory Site Visit A mandatory site visit will be held as follows: Date: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m. Central Time Location: FEMA Region 6 Campus, Federal Regional Center Address: 800 N. Loop 288, Room 103, Denton, TX 76209 Offerors must attend the mandatory site visit to be eligible to submit a quote or proposal.
