*****Q & A document 0001 Posted (C9 26Q1328 Q & A 0001)***** The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) intends to award a standalone, Firm-Fixed Price contract for Instructor-Led Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Course Training. Noun Name: Instructor-Led Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Course Training Description: Conduct Instructor-Led PMP certification course training for up to 15 project and program management personnel from the Code 100TO Transformation Office. The training focuses on providing high-quality PMP exam preparation, equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and 35 contact hours required to sit for the PMP certification exam, and enhancing project management competencies across predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies. This training is part of an effort to ensure effective management of government projects and maintain industry-recognized knowledge and certifications. This solicitation is being competed as a 100% Small Business Setaside Scope: A 35-contact-hour, live, on-site, instructor-led PMP certification preparation training course. This scope includes all required instructional materials (official, complete, and unaltered PMI-licensed courseware aligned with the current PMP ECO, digital practice questions, and mock exam drills), certified instructors who meet all PMI ATP instructor qualifications, certificates of completion, and post-course reporting per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 1 September 2026 15 October 2026 Please complete pricing on the attached combined synopsis solicitation document and submit required documents by 21 August 2026, 1:00 PM PST. Questions are due by 19 August 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) PST. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of government contracts. Offerors are advised that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website.
