Description

Authority is hereby requested to award a base contract to all eight (8) Offerors that submitted proposals in response to Solicitation No. N6449825R0015-0001 for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy s ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for NSWCPD Department 50, which is responsible for Machinery Control Systems (MCS), Damage Control Systems (DCS), Integrated Ship Control Systems (ISCS), and other Steam and Auxiliary Systems on various ship classes. CPFF and FFP IDIQ, LOE and Completion type contracts were awarded to the following eight (8) Offerors: Amee Bay, AFBS, Avmac, CTDS, DEI, Epsilon, LPI and QED.
