Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), has a requirement for Systematic Information Review and Literature Validation Support Services. NIOSH seeks a commercially available, end-to-end automated service which may incorporate artificial intelligence with human-in-the-loop features to support systematic literature review lifecycles and generate traceable, reproducible pools of scientific literature underpinning occupational safety and health (OSH) risk management strategies. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under FAR Subpart 12.6, in accordance with the format prescribed for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates award of a single Firm-Fixed-Price, deliverable-based commercial services contract with a fully funded 36-month period of performance.
