The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Misc Engineering LLC for Amplified Speaker w/ Power P/N: 100114A-01, DC Speaker Power Input Cable P/N: 200114A-01-072 and Auto Input cable P/N: 200114A-02-072 items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 6.303. BRAND NAME ONLY!!
