This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought/RFI for information and planning purposes only. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced business sources that can provide Contracted Dining Facility Services. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought/RFI for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. This Sources Sought/RFI is seeking information from both Small and Large Businesses. INSTRUCTIONS: 1). Review the Performance Work Statement Document attached to this RFI notice. 2). Resond to Sources Sought/RFI via email paul.j.pepi.civ@us.navy.mil INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT: Responses to this Sources Sought/RFI request shall include the following information in this format: 1. Cover Sheet: Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. Unique Entity ID. Affirmation of either Small or Large Business (or 8(a)). 2. Capability statement displaying the contractor s ability to provide the services, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Please also include in past performance information the contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this Sources Sought/RFI. 3. Include any other relevant information. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed two (2) pages and are to be in no less than 10 font size. The Cover Sheet is not inclusive of the two (2) page limit. The Point of Contact (POC) for this Sources Sought/RFI is Paul Pepi (email: paul.j.pepi.civ@us.navy.mil) The closing date of this Sources Sought/RFI is 1700 ET on Thursday, 3 September 2026. Responses shall be emailed to the POC for this Sources Sought/RFI. Again, this is not an RFP. Respondents will not be notified of the results. Please note the information within this Sources Sought/RFI may be updated and/or may change prior to an official solicitation, if any is issued.
