Description

The United States Government (USG) is seeking information from industry partners to explore innovative solutions for the rapid design, production, and delivery of ground combat vehicles. Please see attached document for additional information. The USG is releasing the following questions and answers to assist vendors in developing their responses to the RFI for Ground Combat Vehicle Production: Q1: Should we also identify any issues or concerns that we would need to be addressed by the Government to secure our interest in pursuing a requirement if/when it is issued? A1: Yes. Please address any such issues such as minimum annual quantities or long-term commitments, etc. that you would care to present ? either as incentives or disincentives to be overcome. Specific responses including any minimum requirements for future participation would be appreciated. Q2: What if my firm can only provide a portion of what the RFI is seeking - for example supply chain management? Would the Army be interested in my response. A2: Yes, we would be interested in considering responses for partial capabilities to consider in developing our future approach.
