2031ZA26N00054 NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Sole Source Zeiser, Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) on behalf of its Office of Supply Chain Management (OSCM) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for 2M023509- WHEEL TEN. PT. NO.451.55.04.13.4 REPAIR PART FOR ZEISER NUMBERING BLOCKS COPE NUMEROPACK PRESS & 2E026449-SLIP RING UNIT HDA0020000 201 ENC ELECTRONICS KBA part#SP34780-DA0020000201. The intended contractor is Zeiser, Inc, 6 Kingsbridge Rd, Ste 8, Fairfield, NJ 07004. The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing a Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333248 All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of equipment provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing the capability information will be provided by BEP. Capability statements, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to william.corley@treasury.gov and jason.roberts@treasury.gov, NO LATER THAN 4:00PM, EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, 14 August 2026. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
