Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Human Resources Services, Learning, Development & Readiness (LDR) Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) Level 2 Team/Work Lead Certificate Program (TWLCP) Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) Level 3 Program, Level 4 Program, and the Military Supervisory Training Track Program (MSTTP), requires contractor support for the delivery of, and periodic revisions to, Applied Human Resource Management for Supervisors Training (AHRM), DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT), HRM for Team/Work Leads is a 2-year Certification Program and Transition to Manager training is 2-day training for Supervisor. The content of the 3-day Applied Human Resources Management for Supervisors Training (AHRM) and the 2-day DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT) course content will center on human resource management concepts and principles for the federal civilian workforce comprised of General Schedule (GS) and Wage Grade (WG) personnel. DLA is conducting market research for 8(a) companies that are capable of providing this training. Please find the attached draft PWS for this market research. If your company is capable of providing this training, please respond to the contracting officer, Carrie Krafft Spayde with the attached pricing estimate spreadsheet, for your training pricing for a 1-day, 2-day and 3-day courses, both in-person and virtual.
