Certificate of Conformance * Are there any specific procedures or protocols that need to be followed to maintain the cleanliness of the trailers during delivery and replacement? Level II clean requires the surfaces to be visually free of grease, oil flux, scale, dirt, loose particles, and any other material foreign to the base material or system fluid(nitrogen). Caps and plugs are typically used to protect the cleanliness of the connections and hoses as well as the threads and sealing surface, provided they too are level II clean. * Are there any additional requirements or specifications that need to be met for the seals, caps, and plugs installed on the trailers? The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the specifications that meet the essential requirements for the procurement of rental equipment necessary to perform High-Pressure Nitrogen Flasks Charging Operations. The application for this equipment is located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, ME.
