The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for USACE Galveston District, FY26 Houston Ship Channel Includes further PA improvements within the Houston Ship Channel, specifically clearing, grubbing, debris removal, existing condition surveys, and the development of dewatering excavation model and plan.
