Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) Award for SABER Multiple Award Solicitation FA480026B0003

The 633d Contracting Squadron (633 CONS) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA, has awarded two Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under Invitation for Bids (IFB) FA480026B0003.The SABER contract is a streamlined vehicle for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects. These are Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contracts with a combined maximum ceiling of $320,000,000 over an 8-year Period of Performance. In accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, and the criteria outlined in Section M of the solicitation, the two initial awards were made to the responsible bidders whose bids conformed to all solicitation requirements and who submitted the two lowest Total Evaluated Prices (TEP) that were determined to be fair and reasonable. The two successful initial awardees are Terra Site Constructors LLC (Front Royal, VA) - Contract FA480026D0005 and Capital Brand Group LLC (Beltsville, MD) - Contract FA408826D0006. In accordance with the IFB, the Government has also established a pre-qualified On-Ramp pool for potential future capacity requirements from the same solicitation.
