Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicted offers must confirm they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer. RLP Amendment number 2 hereby terminates the previous 57-47091-23-FA (RLP) package and RLP Amendment number 1 are in their entirety. The attached RLP Amendment number 2 shall only be completed and returned by any offerors who responded to RLP 57-47091-23-FA.
