Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: FL City: Doral Delineated Area: North: NW 74th St to Hialeah Expressway / State Road 934 East: Florida State Rd 9 (aka NW 27th Ave) South: FL-968 (aka W Flagler St) West: Florida Turnpike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 60,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 100,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): Minimum of 30 surface parking spaces Full Term: Approximately 3 Months Additional Requirements: Warehouse Space with at least one ramp that allows for the storage and maneuvering of vehicles Space should be available in existing, finished condition for immediate occupancy Lease Term of approximately 3 Months (estimated September 30, 2026 - December 31, 2026) The Government does not anticipate using Tenant Improvements (TI) or Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) for this procurement. The ability to meet all requirements listed in this advertisement and the RLP must therefore be priced into the shell and operating costs. If the market cannot deliver space that fully meets these requirements, the Government reserves the right to identify and consider the closest acceptable alternative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Building name and address; Contact information and e-mail address of offeror s representative; ABOA SF and rentable square feet available, identifying the specific floors and square footages; Asking full-service rental rate per ABOA SF and RSF inclusive of a standard GSA warm-lit shell; or Operating costs per ABOA SF and RSF included in the full-service rates; Submission by anyone other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by written consent from the ownership granting authority to the representative in providing the information to the Government.
