Description

AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION W912HZ26QA037-0001 IS ISSUED 7/22/2026. RFQ DUE DATE IS NOT EXTENDED. ALL QUOTES ARE DUE WEDNESDAY, JULY 29, 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, Effective 10/01/2025. This requirement is set-aside for 100% small business under NAICS 561990 - All Other Support Services, with a size standard of $16.5 million. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structural Laboratory (GSL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires a service contract for crane rental with operator support services for a minimum 170-ton crane. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Acceptability and 2. Lowest Price See attached solicitation for full requirements. It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may cause for rejection of your quote. Please complete the attached SF 1449 including Section G and return the quote. Your submitted responses are appreciated.
