Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to the University of South Carolina (USC), 1600 Hampton Street, Columbia, SC 29208 under the authority of FAR 13.101(b). The procurement is estimated at less than $350,000 and will acquire a comprehensive Economic Impact Assessment of NIWC Atlantic business activities in South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, and various outlying detachments. USC has completed the previous iterative assessments using proprietary methodologies and algorithms that are essential to enable longitudinal analysis and direct data comparisons. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690, with a size standard of $19M. Questions may be submitted via the PIEE solicitation module within (15) days of the date of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Government.
