Description

Contractor shall provide a two-story modular, stackable, non-combustible 10,000 GSF administrative building. Two-Story Modular Building / Relocatable is currently in place, Contractor shall provide maintenance for duration of contract. This Modular Building (MB) is located at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA (NSBKB) The Modular Building (MB) shall be leased for one (1) base period (5 months), with four (4) additional 12-month option periods available for exercise. All furniture currently in Modular Building will remain until the end of Lease; contractor will be responsible for breaking down and removing at the end of contract.
