THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this service requirement. Expeditionary Contracting Platoon, Okinawa is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide: (approximately supporting 450 personnel) -Quantity of 2 generators 12.5 kilowatt and 35 kilowatt - Quantity of 8 Floodlights (please specify the type of fuel capable of providing) - Quantity of 5-8 Forklifts (10k) The period of performance will be approximately from 06-September 23 September 2026.The location of services will be GUAM. The applicable NAICS code is 532289 All other consumer goods rental Interested vendors that only can provide partial or some support to the requirement please still email regarding what you can and cannot support. In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information: Is your business a small business under this NAICS code? Refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond based on the ability to provide those technical requirements. Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide the contract number. Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) Response to this Source Sought notice shall be e-mailed to Jaydian.loftis@usmc.mil and Adrian.p.powell@usmc.mil Response must be received no later than 05 August 2026, 1600 JST
