This RFQ is directly related to the Basic Operating Agreement under SP0604-22-Q-0417 (Master BOA) that is open and continuous for 5 years. This RFQ is for the procurement of Renewable Energy Certificates to meet the 2022 renewable energy goals for varies government agencies. Only approved BOA Holders have an opportunity to place bid(s) on line items directly relating to this RFQ and any RFQ that is placed each year under the aforementioned Master BOA. This is a small busines set-aside. Small businesses operating under large business subsidaries are not qualified for consideration.
