Description

Title: Sources Sought - Direct Digital Control (DDC) Support Services (8(a))Description:The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) for market research and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ).Requirement Overview:NSWCCD is seeking to identify qualified and certified 8(a) Small Businesses capable of providing on-site Direct Digital Control (DDC) Support Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, system programming, logic writing, and repairs for the Building Automated Systems (BAS) that control temperature, humidity, and air exchange across the installation.Place of Performance:Work will be performed at the NSWCCD facility in Bethesda, Maryland.Key Requirements:Proposed Set-Aside: 8(a) Small BusinessNAICS Code: 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors)Technical Expertise: Personnel must demonstrate high proficiency in programming, maintaining, and repairing Automated Logic, Tridium, and Johnson Control brand systems.Security: Assigned personnel must be capable of passing Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS) background checks.Submission Instructions:Please review the attached Sources Sought Notice and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for complete details, scope, and Capability Statement requirements.All Capability Statements must be submitted electronically via email to Shean Mohammed at shean.e.mohammed.civ@us.navy.mil no later than July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
