The purpose of this survey is to canvas the industry for any possible other sources. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. Contractors need to meet the requirements of the Source Approval Program including vehicle level qualification testing, at their own expense. The TACOM Life Cycle Management Command, Competition Management Office (CMO), is the lead proponent for the Source Approval Program. Specific information and point of contact for the Source Approval Program is available at Army Contracting Command | Detroit Arsenal | Competition Management Office Interested sources shall indicate they are capable of providing the required item listed above and must provide: 1. Full name and address of the firm 2. Unique Entity ID and CAGE Code 3. Point of Contact 4. Size Status (i.e., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Disadvantage Business, Women- Owned Small Business) 5. Capability Statement Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Specialist listed as the Point of Contact on this notice. Questions will be answered by posting answers to this announcement. Questions shall not contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after August 22, 2025 will be answered. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide the items listed above. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Defense Logistics Agency - Land, Warren, has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
