Description
17-Jun-2026 Update: Post Bid Abstract **************** 12-Jun-2026 Update: Post Amendment 0002 and Respond to RFI #2. **************** 04-Jun-2026 Update: Post Amendment 0001 and Respond to RFI. **************** This procurement will be solicited as small business set-aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Suisun Bay and NY Slough Channel to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and Bulls Head Channel (Reach 2) to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to SF-16.ALL BIDS will be due on June 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM PDT. The specific date and time is identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only plan holders/bidders list is available via Sam.Gov. In order to view or add to the list, you will need to be registered and sign into SAM.gov. When viewing this Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation Notice, you will select, ADD ME TO INTERESTED VENDORS to enter your information.
