Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina intends to award a government order to the vendor/contractor who can provide the most cost effective means in obtaining seven Spot Monitor Connex Systems (vital sign machines) for the Health Services machines. This wall unit should be integrated with a BP Cuff, Nelicor, Sp02, Thermometry, Otoscope and Ophthalmoscope. Requesting a large, easy to read screen. (See attached Request for Quotation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The contracting official intends to make this award on an all or none basis. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with price considered equally. All responsible business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation which may be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 22, 2021, and will be posted here to the beta.SAM.gov website: http://beta.sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, and award information will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Quotes will be due Friday, June 25, 2021 by 4:00 pm EST. The Government reserves the right to make payment using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Quoters should include their Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAMS) database prior to award by entering the potential awardees DUNS number into the SAMS database. Failure to complete this registration procedure outlined in this solicitation, may result in elimination from consideration for award. You should check to see if your registration is still valid and has not expired. If it has expired, you need to update it to where it shows active again or this could be grounds for elimination from consideration for award.
