*Amendment 0003 the final response date is 10 July 2026. * Amendment 0003 was posted on 25 June 2026. *Amendment 0002 was posted on 30 April 2026. * Amendment 0001 was posted on 22 April 2026. Below are responses to the following inquires from a vendor. Section L of the solicitation states the submission date of the proposals shall be no later than the date specified in Block 19 of the SF 18 which is 10 April 2026; however, the posting in SAM.gov shows Date Offers Due of 8 May 2026. Can you please confirm the due date? *Updates to the solicitaiton have been made in Amendment 001 The announcement in SAM.gov has a classification of No Set Aside used; however, the SF18 says the RFQ is a Small Business Set Aside. Can you confirm this solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside for 8(a) Participants as indicated with the inclusion of 52.219?18 Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Participants in Section H of the solicitation? *The announcment has been adjusted to show Total Small Business Set Aside. Has the Drawing Package for this solicitation been revised/updated from the prior version of the solicitation N68335-25-Q-0351? *A DD2345 and CMMC certification are required to receive the drawings associated with this package The United States Navy Program Office PMA 290 has a new requirement for the manufacturing of four (4) Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter P/N: 4091AS0125-1. The Government owns the Build-to- Print Technical Drawing Package and the drawings are considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must be able to provide a certified DD Form 2345, Level 2 CMMC Certification, and must request current drawing package. Drawing will be provided to your designated data custodian on your certified DD 2345 via the DoD Safe website. All offers, other than the successful Offeror, are required to destroy all export control data, regardless of form or media on which it may be recorded, including CD s, data stored on other computer storage devices, and paper documents. Offers shall provide proof of such destruction via signed letter on corporate letter head to the PCO via email at alexis.r.kelly.civ@us.navy.mil
