Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03326Q30475017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price. Description of Requirement: Replace the damaged gas station and hose that is currently on the dock. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2026-01 Effective Date 03/13/2026, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 03/25/2026. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5549 revision # 30 date of last revision 05/13/2026 applies. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 457120. Size standards in millions of dollars $33.5. Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please refer to attachment Statement of Work. A site visit will be mandatory for all interested offerors. All interested offerors must arrive no later than five minutes prior to their RSVP'd start time. Each offeror is required to visit the site to provide the government with an accurate and competitive offer but is not required to submit a quote.
