STATEMENT OF WORK Contract Title: Veterans Affairs Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHCS) Procurement of CHG Spirit Low Bed Sleep Surfaces (56 each). 1. Background: The sleep surfaces on the facility s CHG Spirit low beds have reached their end of life and require replacement. Hospital sleep surfaces are subjected to prolonged use, bodily fluids, punctures or tears from medical instruments, and harsh chemical cleanings.
