Description

Amendment 0002 is released to provide additional questions and answers. Supplemental attachments have also been included for certain answers. Amendment 0001 is released to extend proposal due date to September 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time and provide questions and answers. A site visit for the subject project has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. State driver's license) with REAL ID compliance to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit must be submitted in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit. Answers will be provided to all offerors via amendment to the solicitation. The Federal Aviation Administration has a construction effort to pave the parking lot for the Childcare Facility at the ZTL Air Route Traffic Control Center in Hampton, Georgia. The Request for Offer, including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement. A site visit will be announced very soon. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements of Section L and M.
