Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072200007 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY KOSHER FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 01st, 2022 March 31st, 2022. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is firm ?fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about Tuesday, November 22nd, 2021 and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is Monday, December 06th, 2021. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10000.00 or less. Each offer is required per 52.212?3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
