SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: This notice is issued for market research purposes only and supports the development of a Class Justification and Approval (JA) for generator systems and associated equipment. This requirement applies to projects at Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB) involving generator system installation, replacement, upgrade, repair, synchronization, paralleling, and associated controls integration. The Government is seeking information from industry to determine the availability of capable sources and potential alternative solutions. Responses to this notice are for planning purposes only. No proposal or contract will be awarded from this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with responding to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District anticipates a recurring requirement over the next five years, through 30 September 2031, for the procurement and installation of generator systems and associated equipment at Vandenberg SFB. Generator systems are mission essential equipment required to support installation operations and continuity of critical infrastructure. These systems provide emergency and standby power for facilities supporting communications, information technology systems, mission operations, industrial control systems, and other critical installation functions.
