Description

AMENDMENT 0003 (07/30/2026): ADD ANSWERS TO CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS 1. Is the current electrical receptacle circuit(s) independent per current office configuration? Will the existing circuitry support future use once construction is completed? During demolition of the existing offices, circuitry in the area will be abandoned. Answer - These abandoned circuits will be repurposed for the 6 new outlets shown on the drawings. 2. Will additional electrical circuitry be required? Answer - No. Repurpose the abandoned circuitry from demolition. 3. What is the color choice for the final finish of epoxy resin flooring in the corridor and the staging space? Answer - Color selection has no impact on pricing. The Contractor will submit to the Government the epoxy flooring manufacturer they intend to use. A final color selection will be made from that manufacturer's available standard colors. 4. It appears that hallway walls do not go all the way up to the pan deck.
