The purpose of this sources sought is for market research to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification System 532112, Passenger Car Lease ? with a small business size standard of $47M. The Naval Facilities Engineering System Command Europe, Africa, Central is seeking potential firms capable of performing under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity.
