Gantry Crane Drives Maintenance

W912EE NOTICE OF INTENT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District (USACE-MVK), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to ABB, Inc. (CAGE Code 8TF40) for on-site troubleshooting/technical support for the DCS880-GF gantry crane drive systems aboard USACE-MVK s Matboat 4801. Refer to the attached statement of work for complete requirement details. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District s requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 1:00 PM CST on 29 June 2026, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
