This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government, nor is it a Request for Proposal (RFQ) at this time. Responses to this Notice must be in writing. The New Jersey Air National Guard (NJANG) is seeking to identify interested small businesses that can provide twenty-one (21) each, brand name or equal, electronic lockers that meet the description and specification listed below. ITEM DESCRIPTION Brand name or equal security electronic lockers to secure PPE are needed for the NJANG in accordance with the following requirements: Description of Supply: Digilock LockUp 3 tier 9 Door Electronic Locker, MPN #: LUPE-3W3T-PC1S-02-31-A-GRY Model Number: WBB2097633 Salient Characteristics: Design: Materials: Clear polycarbonate doors painted, galvanized steel frame (16-gauge frame and doors, 24-gauge body). Digital re-programmable combination locks that allow both individual access as well as a master key for custodial control. Battery operated locking mechanism for each. Security management: rapid reset and master key for custodial control. Color: Gray Number Plates must be provided with unit. Dimensions: Size dimensions: 36 W x 18 D x 82 H Compartment size: 9 1/4" x 16 7/8 x 23 3/8 9 compartments per unit (3 tier) Weight: 210 lbs. per unit Quantity: 21 each Warranty: Minimum 2 year warranty. HOW TO RESPOND This requirement is set aside for small businesses. In the event adequate small business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
