Description

This action is for the renewal of Thermo-Calc software licenses, upgrades, and maintenance support via a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Brand Name ONLY, not exceptions. NOTE: The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable for all items. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification, or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. Pricing must be all inclusive of all costs and pricing. Contract will be awarded without discussions. MUST INCLUDE ALL ITEMS LIST IN THE SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS ATTACHMENT IN THE QUOTE SUBMISSION. ANY LINE ITEMS MISSING WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY CONTRACTOR SUBMISSION. Evaluation criteria: Trade off, salient Characteristics are more important than cost. SEE SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS ATTACHMENT FOR ITEMS TO QUOTE.
