Transition Strip: Installation of a flush, paved transition strip (minimum 18 inches wide) between the outside edge of the track and the surrounding area. Striping & Markings: Precise athletic striping compliant with NCAA and Air Force PFRA regulations, including markings for the 2-mile run, 2km walk, and four (4) 20m HAMR test lanes. Signage & Warranty: Installation of start/stop signage for fitness testing and provision of a minimum 5-year warranty on the synthetic surface. 3. Procedures for Award: The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The award basis is anticipated to include Technical and Price.
