Description

The purpose of this acquisition is for the handling and secure delivery of publicly available voter registration files and voter history files to support Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) fraud detection and data segmentation activities. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. This RFI is solely for market research and planning and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Broad Agency Announcement, Request for Proposal, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. HSI is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Government and will not be returned. All RFI responses shall be recorded in Microsoft Forms (link below). No email RFI responses shall be accepted. General Marketing material will not be considered or accepted.
