THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The 673d Contracting Squadron (673 CONS), Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide arctic blend lavatory fluid. This Sources Sought is pursuant to RFO Part 10 in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to determine if this effort can be competitive and to determine the appropriate set-aside (if any). This is not a Request for Quote (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. 1. Product Information Aritic Blend Lavatory Fluid is an approved product governed by AFI 24-605 Vol 2. This product is anaircraft lavatory fluid, non-corrosive, potassium free anti-freeze/anti-icing lavatory fluid withdeodorizer in ready to use liquid form, used as a winterized lavatory flushing fluid. For further details, please review: Attachment 1. Salient Characteristics. 2. Requested Information *DISCLAIMER* - Product contains an aircraft toilet additive certified to SAE AMS 1476. Additionally, Arctic has been tested to and conforms to all materials compatibility and corrosion requirements of SAE AMS 1476. Interested parties capable of meeting this requirement are requested to respond to this notice and identify their small business status.
