Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Technology Transformation Services (TTS) is conducting market research on commercial inherited-credential solutions for Login.gov. Login.gov is exploring the capability to evaluate and potentially integrate a user's existing identity, verified by a full-service Credential Service Provider (CSP) at the assurance levels required for Login.gov, to leverage that prior verification when accessing Login.gov-enabled federal services. GSA is exploring the establishment of a Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement against the GSA Multiple Award Schedule. See the attached Request for Information (RFI) documents, including the draft requirements (Attachment 1). Interested parties who are CSPs and believe they can provide suitable inherited credential solutions should respond in accordance with the RFI documents. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, October 15, 2026. Please forward responses to jonah.jordan@gsa.gov, lindsey.mitchell@gsa.gov, and ruchi.tekriwal@gsa.gov. This RFI is a notice only. This is not a request for an offer or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Information received will be used to identify potentially capable firms and to inform market research and acquisition planning. The release of this RFI should not be construed as a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. The information provided is subject to change and is not binding on the government, nor does it restrict the government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The government is not at this time seeking proposals or quotations and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. All submissions become government property and will not be returned.
