Description

Amendment 0003: This amendment is to answer questions that were received. See attachment " QA Document 22 Sep 26" and the photos attached "MAF Tower 1, MAF Tower 2, MAF Tower 3 and MAF Tower 4" Amendment 0002: Extending Solicitation to 28 September 2026. Attached updated price schedule to with fixed excel formulas. Amendment 0001: Attached Openable/Downlodable Performance Work Statement (PWS). IAW RFO 19.104-1(a) This requirment is 100% total Small Buisness set aside. This requirement is for the procurement and replacement of all LMR tower bulbs. The scope of work for this project includes maintenance and replacement of beacon, obstruction, and aircraft warning lights, as applicable, at the Minot AFB, designated Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs), and one additional site commonly referred to as south base. The MAFs and south base are under the control of Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. More details can be viewed in the following attachments: Performance Work Statement, and Salient Characteristics.
