PSC Code: V112 NAICS Code: 484110 Description: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for multiple contract actions (BPA Orders) for Port Handling and Inland Transportation Services (PHIT) in Indonesia across multiple locations during FY26 under the established Indonesia PHIT BPAs. Proposed BPA Orders include, but not limited to, Palembang and Jakarta. Performance for the first contract action is templated to start as early as August 2026. Specific services for this PHIT contract include, but are not limited to, port operations and inland transportation services to US Government personnel to transport cargo from point of origin to point of destination. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, fuel and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS. BPA Orders will be competed IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and the Terms and Conditions of the BPA. All responsible sources solicited IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and the Terms and Conditions of the BPA may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Please contact the POC listed in bullet (1) if you are interested in being a BPA holder. BPAs are reviewed annually and the government may consider the possibility of adding additional BPA holders if it is in the best interest of the government.
