J045--ONE TIME BUY - COMP - Fire Pump Packing Repair - One time repair: 537-26-3-6111-0993 AMENDMENT 36C25226Q0689 0001 QUOTES DUE BY 9/16/26 AT 10:00 AM LOCAL TIME This amendment is issued to: Establish and announce a site visit Extend the period for receipt of questions Answer questions submitted to date Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), including added images The Department of Veterans Affairs will host a site visit on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT. Attendees should arrive at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (VAMC), 820 S. Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612. A parking garage is located at the facility. Visitors may also park at the Cook County Juvenile Center Parking Garage, 1100 S. Hamilton Avenue, Illinois Medical District, Chicago, IL 60612. Enter the facility through the Ogden Pavilion entrance and call 312-569-7476 or 224-713-7084. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this solicitation is extended from Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time until Friday, September 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. This amendment includes answers to questions submitted to date. Offerors may continue to submit questions in accordance with the deadline as stated in #2 of this amendment. If necessary, a subsequent amendment will be issued to provide responses to additional questions. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for subsequent amendments. The PWS was revised based on vendor questions and is included in this amendment with images of the Peerless Pump:
