A. Amendment 0004 is hereby issued to add Attachment H_PRICE DATA SHEET. 1. In the event of technical issues on the part of OET that prevent an offeror to successfully enter offer data in OET, the offeror must immediately notify both Government's Points of Contact via email to tanesha.price@dla.mil and georgia.dotson@dla.mil to request allowance for offeror's manual offer submission using Attachment H_PRICE DATA SHEET. Nevertheless, offerors are still responsible for entering offer data thru OET upon its return to the fully functioning state. B. All other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-19-R-0217 remain in-force and unchanged.
