The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via E-mail to kamathsp@state.gov by 1700 hrs. (India Time) June 22, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after 1700 hrs. (India Time) June 22, 2026. Quotations are due by 1400 hrs. (India Time) of June 29, 2026.
