This solicitation if for the rental of Temporary Fencing in accordance with the Statement of Work. The place of performance will be at Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL) in San Diego, CA. Please see attachments and return a complete submission to include the Request for Quote (RFQ), past experience and any technical information requested in 52.212-2 on the RFQ. This a solicitation for quotes and a submission does not constitue a contract. A purchase order will be provided to the selected awardee.
