SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Title: Logistics and Administrative Support Services for ASG-Jordan Directorate of Logistics Notice Type: Sources Sought NAICS Code: 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services or 561110 - Office Administrative Services Response Due Date: 15 SEP 2026 NLT 1700 Asia/Amman/Local Jordan Time) 1.0 Introduction This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. 2.0 Background and Scope The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of providing dedicated support to the Area Support Group - Jordan (ASG-Jordan) Directorate of Logistics. Scope: The contractor shall provide support to the ASG-Jordan Directorate of Logistics by providing the following capabilities: Two (2) Commercial Travel Office (CTO) contractor personnel One (1) Information Technology (IT) specialist One (1) Contract Specialist The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable U.S. Army regulations, pamphlets, doctrine, Department of Defense manuals and instructions, and all other related contract documents. Explicit Exclusions: For the avoidance of doubt, the following labor categories listed in Table 5.2 (Pages 19-20) or elsewhere in PWS are NOT part of this scope, are NOT authorized for performance, and shall NOT be priced by the Contractor: Property Book Technician (Labor) DEERS/RAPIDS Terminal Operator / Passport Assistance 3.0 Requested Information (Capability Statement) Interested parties are requested to submit a Capability Statement demonstrating their ability to fulfill the scope. Responses should be clear, concise, and address the specific elements outlined below: Requirement Category Required Vendor Information Corporate Overview Company Name, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID (UEI), Point of Contact (Name, Phone, Email), and a brief description of your company's core capabilities. Socio-Economic Status Identify your business size standard based on the identified NAICS code (e.g., Large, Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB). OCONUS Experience Detail previous experience recruiting, deploying, and sustaining personnel in OCONUS environments, specifically within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Jordan. Technical Capability Demonstrate the ability to source and manage the specific labor categories required: Commercial Travel Office (CTO) personnel, IT Specialists, and Contract Specialists familiar with U.S. Army/DoD regulations. 4.0 Submission Instructions Format: Submissions must be in [PDF/Word] format.
