Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing this Request for Qualifications for the Demolition and Construction of Thayer Hall at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. This project will be executed as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2808a, Facility Construction or Repair. This approach will involve the general contractor during the design phase to provide feedback and input to the designer of record and the government on constructability, operability, cost, and value engineering on the design being developed.
